She needed an escape from reality after a breakup and it just so happened her friend was heading to Bali…Perfect. Carolyn joined.  What started out as a relaxing getaway with friends in the most beautiful place ever, ended in the most unexpected way.  It was her last day of vacation so she decided she would spend it soaking up every last drop of sun by the pool.  She was probably getting lost in a good book, when something more intriguing entered the pool area.  A good looking man.  She was stealing glances his way as he swam in the pool. One of those glances caught his eye.  “Was she looking at me?” he thought?  If you have ever been single by a pool you know exactly those butterfly feelings that go through you when you play eye tag.  Carolyn, making the next most natural move got into the pool…it is Bali after all and one needs to cool off.  More importantly for Carolyn, it was her last day in Bali and like my husband always says, “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.”  Carl in the meantime was thinking, “Confirmed. She was looking at me!”  Conversation started between the two of them.  The day turned into evening and they were getting to know each other more and more with each passing hour.  They took a picture together and therefore needed to exchange contact information.  One glance, one smile, one dip in the pool, one photo set the stage for the start to something amazing.  He from Australia, she from California knew despite the distance they had to be together.  6 months later he moved here to be with her!  The chance meeting in a place worlds away from reality lead to each finding their Love.  I am thankful to be a small part of this amazing story!  Congrats to Carolyn and Carl!
